ByTheOwner.com recently achieved two impressive milestones:

In 2007 we had 5,304 SOLD homes, and we currently stand at 5,377 SOLD homes so far in 2008. Our SOLD homes are increasing while MLS sold homes are decreasing. We are on pace for a 24% improvement on the number of homes sold on our website in 2008! Compare that to the dramatic decrease in MLS sales for 2008 and you can see that smart sellers and smart buyers are choosing to sell privately!

We also recently passed 23,000 homes sold! This is an amazing achievement and we look forward to passing 30,000 homes sold in 2009.

Kitchener-Waterloo Region - 76% success rate and 132 SOLD properties in the last 6 months
London Region - 71% success rate and 102 SOLD properties in the last 6 month
