We did a consultation on the house in the middle of January, where we gave the home owners direction on how to renovate the house, including colours and layouts.

We staged the vacant house on the weekend of Feb 24-25, and it went on the market a couple of days later.

The house sold in 10 days with 7 offers for $71,100 more than asking price!
