January

2006 is officially over and the numbers are in! Please make sure to check out the year-end reports here. 2006 ended with over 10 months of listing inventory available, putting Wilmington in a strong buyers’ market. January’s absorption rate was 31%, much lower than previous months. This most likely is the result of an influx of listings due to sellers who have been waiting for the holiday season to end to list their homes.
