Wow! I can’t believe we helped our mother sell her house on the very first day we had our open house…that’s only less than 2 days after posting our listing on ByTheOwner.com!! The open house was a success, people were attracted to the sign, but most of all, the house was priced right and it sold itself, because it was kept in excellent condition by my parents for over 30 years. Thanks for your great tools. I would definitely use this site again!
