Many people dream of buying a bit of land and building their own house on it, this is one of those things that some would love to do and most of the time never really happens, for one reason or another.

There is quite a lot of things to consider, but these days things have changed considerably, because there are now businesses out there now that specialise in the prefab building area. So maybe the dream could become a reality now.

What you need to do:

1) Crunch the numbers. 2) Buy your land. 3) Find a prefab design company. 4) Organize the team. 5) Get permits.
