Here’s a look at the new condo developments in the Yonge Street corridor in North York.

Parking space and storage locker are not included in the purchase price unless indicated.

1. AVONSHIRE: 100 Harrison Garden Blvd., just north of Highway 401, just east of Yonge St. Builder: Tridel. Two 21-storey precast concrete and glass buildings with a total of 435 units. Prices (parking included): from $360,000 for 887 sq. ft. to more than $1 million for a penthouse with 2,083 sq. ft. Fees: 39 cents per sq. ft., plus heat and hydro.
