Uptown Toronto Condos


Here is information on the condo developments on the market in uptown Toronto from Davenport Road north to Lawrence Avenue, between the Allen Expressway and Bayview Avenue. Parking space and storage locker are not included in the offering price unless indicated.

1. THE AVENUE: Southwest corner of Avenue Road and Street Clair Avenue Builder: Camrost-Felcorp. A 19-storey 73-unit precast concrete and brick building. Prices (parking and locker included): from $850,000 for 1,115 sq. ft. to $6.9 million for 4,235 sq. ft. Fees: 52 cents per sq. ft., plus heat and hydro. A 20-storey, 202-unit glass and steel building with classic accents. Prices: from $357,300 for 857 sq. ft. to $660,800 for a penthouse with 1,459 sq. ft. Fees: 37 cents per sq. ft., plus hydro.
