Do realtors have to justify their existence? OR An ode to lemonade stands
Click here to read a short conversation about how little value buyers/sellers often place in realtors.
I think the problem is that realtors, like all the marketers out there, are dependent on controlled marketing messages. “I want to control what people hear about me.” In an online world —- where blogging, wikis, social applications/networking, etc. are […]
OpenId or not OpenId
I have been looking into Openid. So far I can not decide to add or not to add the support for openid to nestery.com. It may be useful but on the other hand more options just confuses users more.
Has anybody added openid to their website and found it to be the time well spent?
A conversation about defamation vs. organic elevation

Now, continuing in the process, they read the details. They read what you’ve written to describe the house. This is when your […]

Welcome back to Photo Friday - my little way of taking a break from San Francisco Real Estate and instead blogging about our great City’s past instead. All photos are published with permission from the San Francisco History Center and San Francisco Public Library.
The word around the weather channels is that this weekend is going to […]
Lehman to cut 1,500 jobs
Lehman Brothers, the ailing Wall Street I-bank, is cutting up to 1,500 jobs in the face of the ongoing credit crisis. Not surprising as Lehman made the biggest bets in subprime during the boom and has massive exposure to further losses on its loan portfolio.
From the Wall Street Journal (subscription req’d):
An […]
